A completed application consists of the following:

  1. A fully completed W. Reymont Foundation Scholarship Application, including all supporting documents, mailed to the address below. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
  2. A fully completed online application http://www.reymontfoundation.com/scholarship
  3. Most current official academic transcript from the University or post secondary institution attended. (The transcript provided must be from the Registrar’s Office, be recently dated in a sealed envelope.)
  4. Proof of registration for the full time program at the present post secondary institution.
  5. Proof of membership from each organization listed in parts III & IV of the application.
  6. A fully completed W. Reymont Foundation Scholarship Application.

The W. Reymont Foundation accepts candidatures for annual Tadeusz A. Glista Award. This Award is granted since 1982 to commemorate deceased Tadeusz Glista, former president of Head Executive Board of Polish Alliance in Canada and the community activist. The intent of the Award is to recognize the volunteer effort of the Polish community member who gives time and energy to benefit Polish and Canadian society. The person, who receives the award, will be given extra $500 for his/her choice of the charitable Polish organization or individual science study, publications or cultural activities. The award may recognize the candidate involvement in the present year or in the past. The candidate must be Canadian citizen and his/her contribution for Canada should reflect his/her involvement for Polish-Canadian society. The committee, chaired by Marina Glista, will do the nomination process. The nomination due date ends in October.
